In this role, you will drive revenue growth by leading all sales activities for a defined territory, acting as a subject matter expert on healthcare SaaS products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-value opportunities, shape solutions, and close complex deals with C-suite stakeholders, directly impacting healthcare outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated sales experience selling healthcare technology products or services
  • Experience selling, implementing, or integrating with EHR systems preferred
  • SaaS or subscription-based software sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to conduct strategic value-based discussions with C-suite leaders
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue objectives

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales activity for assigned product suite within territory to achieve sales objectives
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute territory sales plan
  • Identify and advance high-value opportunities through strategic business-oriented approach
  • Design and position solutions to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
  • Serve as player-coach to mentor team members on prospecting and sales skills
