🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide end-to-end HR support across employee relations, performance, and compliance.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and risks.
  • Design and implement team-building and engagement initiatives.
  • Own and evolve the organization's reward and recognition programs.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP or generalist role.
  • PHR certification required.
  • Recruiting experience including resume review and phone interviews.
  • Experience owning or leading reward and recognition programs.

  • SPHR certification.
  • Experience in a fast-growing organization.
