🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a backend engineering team of 6-8 engineers.
• Drive architectural decisions for distributed systems and APIs.
• Partner with Data Science to productionize ML models.
• Ensure backend systems meet latency, throughput, and reliability requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in technical leadership or engineering management.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), APIs, and microservices.
