💼 About This Role

You'll provide speech therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes throughout Northern Virginia. Your role is integral to a multidisciplinary care team enabling patients to receive medical care at home. You'll use a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet for documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits for speech therapy evaluations and interventions
• Develop treatment plans based on evaluations and physician orders
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety
• Document patient care using electronic medical records on a tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in Virginia
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from ASHA
• Or equivalent educational requirements and supervised work experience for ASHA certification
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred
