You'll set clear expectations, coach for performance, and work cross-functionally to turn strategy into results. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead Strategic Account Managers to hit defined goals
  • Set and run team's operating rhythm, planning, and forecasting
  • Drive growth and retention across top dealer partners
  • Coach and develop managers through 1-to-1s and deal reviews

📋 Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading client-facing teams to deliver targets
  • Experience running structured operating rhythms and performance cadences
  • CRM technology proficiency to track performance and identify opportunities
  • Data analysis skills with a passion for data-driven decisions
