🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead Strategic Account Managers to hit defined goals
- Set and run team's operating rhythm, planning, and forecasting
- Drive growth and retention across top dealer partners
- Coach and develop managers through 1-to-1s and deal reviews
📋 Requirements
- Extensive experience leading client-facing teams to deliver targets
- Experience running structured operating rhythms and performance cadences
- CRM technology proficiency to track performance and identify opportunities
- Data analysis skills with a passion for data-driven decisions
