Description
In this role, you will drive operational excellence by developing quality monitoring frameworks, translating data into actionable insights, and partnering with leaders to improve member experiences. You'll own quality measurement, build feedback loops, and leverage AI to accelerate workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar analytical field; Master's a plus
- 2-4+ years experience in management consulting, operations analytics, performance management, or adjacent role
- Experience building quality measurement systems (rubrics, sampling, calibration) and performance scorecards
- Healthcare or member-facing operations experience preferred
- Strong analytical and data translation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable quality monitoring frameworks including sampling strategies, QA rubrics, and calibration processes
- Translate quality data into actionable insights identifying root causes and quantifying operational impact
- Partner with leaders to design and evaluate quality improvement initiatives and measure lift over time
- Build durable feedback loops connecting quality insights to coaching, SOP updates, and knowledge management
- Leverage AI to accelerate quality workflows with appropriate controls and human oversight
