Description
You will provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults while receiving advanced supervised clinical training. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop treatment plans, and involve families in care, all within a supportive environment focused on whole-child mental health.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology
- Post-internship doctoral graduate status
- Prior experience with pediatric populations preferred
- Availability for full-time, on-site work at Virginia clinic locations
- Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Responsibilities
- Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2–26)
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient progress
- Invest in patient relationships by establishing trusting rapport with patients and families
- Participate in weekly individual and group supervision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary specialty providers across care teams
