💼 About This Role

You'll lead day-to-day operations in our state-of-the-art 503A sterile compounding facility, driving capacity planning and productivity improvements. You'll build a high-performing team and foster a culture of excellence in compliance with FDA, OSHA, and cGMP standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations in compounding labs aligning with production schedules and quality standards
• Cultivate a culture of safety and compliance with FDA, OSHA, USP 797/800, and cGMP
• Manage and mentor cross-functional team of managers, leads, and pharmacy technicians
• Monitor KPIs to drive capacity planning, productivity improvements, and cost reductions

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Active Pharmacist license or eligible for licensure in Arizona
• 8–10 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related operational environments
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role in sterile compounding or regulated manufacturing

• Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S)
• Working knowledge of USP chapters and/or cGMP
