💼 About This Role

You'll manage vendor relationships, shipping, and procurement while supporting lab functions in a fast-paced startup. Your work ensures smooth operations for our synthetic biology team producing noncanonical amino acids. This role offers hands-on experience across quality, manufacturing, and R&D in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Package and ship production orders with proper labeling and traceability
• Maintain inventory of final products, raw materials, and consumables
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve delays and ensure on-time delivery
• Support lab operations, equipment maintenance, and hazardous waste inspections

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or related field
• 2+ years in a production lab or manufacturing environment under ISO 9001 or cGMP
• Experience with shipping, receiving, procurement, and inventory management
• Handling hazardous materials and waste with proper safety protocols

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with EHS and OSHA requirements
• Logistical and international shipping experience
• Project management or ClickUp/Asana experience
