You'll develop metrics and models to evaluate and enhance the performance and safety of our self-driving system. You'll find new ways to gather data and deploy models on fleet-wide data. This role requires strong cross-team communication skills.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop metrics and models for self-driving system performance
• Evaluate new models and methods for applicability
• Find new ways to gather required data
• Integrate and deploy metrics on fleet-wide data

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Software Engineering for robotics or autonomous vehicles
• Experience testing systems at all levels: unit to end-to-end
• Solid understanding of physics, geometry, and dynamics
• Proficiency in C++ and Python

✨ Nice to Have

• 8+ years industry experience
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience building and testing autonomous systems
• Experience using LLMs and VLMs in production
