💼 About This Role

You'll own and grow the partner ecosystem at Heard, a financial back office for therapists. You'll drive co-marketing, manage affiliate programs, and run webinars to bring therapists to the platform. This role offers real ownership over a core growth engine with a clear path to Senior Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 20+ mid-tier partner relationships on a monthly cadence.
• Run webinar program end-to-end: scheduling, hosting, follow-up.
• Execute co-marketing campaigns with partners.
• Lead affiliate program through PartnerStack to drive MQLs.
• Track and report partnership performance metrics monthly.

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years in channel marketing, partnerships, or content marketing.
• Strong marketer instincts for content and campaign activation.
• Experience managing external partnerships independently.
• Comfortable presenting and hosting webinars on camera.
