You'll lead the strategy and growth of our B2B product portfolio for healthcare workforce compliance. You'll drive revenue growth and market expansion while managing a team of Product Managers. This high-impact role requires Healthcare Product Leadership expertise and bridges regulatory compliance with seamless SaaS experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own roadmap for multi-product B2B healthcare suite
• Manage and coach a team of Product Managers
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on GTM
• Translate regulatory landscape into product opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of product management in Healthcare SaaS
• 3+ years managing Product Managers
• Proven ability to define product visions and drive revenue outcomes
• Deep understanding of product analytics and pricing strategy

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum
• Understanding of AI/ML applications
• Proficiency in Jira, Productboard, Confluence
