Description

You will lead a team of engineers, driving technical excellence and supporting team development. You'll collaborate with product managers to align engineering work with business goals and ensure successful execution of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Significant experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in team management, process improvement, and effective communication
• Experience leading teams developing for Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms
• Knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps environments such as Azure, SQL Server, GitHub, Jenkins, and GitLab CI

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and support a high-performing team of engineers
• Encourage a culture of ownership, experimentation, and learning
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and feedback to engineers
• Collaborate with product managers and other teams to drive product development
• Implement and maintain engineering processes and best practices
