Description

You will serve as the primary interface with NYISO's Market Participants, resolving technical inquiries about wholesale power markets and systems. You'll research and resolve complex issues, act as a customer advocate, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure a complete customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, initiate, and manage tracking of customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and portal
• Perform research to resolve inquiries using NYISO tariffs, manuals, user guides, and data systems
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues
• Serve as a customer advocate, representing Market Participants in NYISO meetings
• Develop professional relationships with assigned Market Participants
