💼 About This Role

You'll design and execute cellular screening assays supporting a protein degradation drug discovery platform. You'll contribute to target characterization and mechanism of action studies for early-stage research programs. You'll collaborate closely with protein biochemists and molecular biologists to uncover fundamental biology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute cellular experiments to progress programs
• Design, optimize, and run medium to high-throughput cellular screening assays
• Summarize experimental findings and present data at meetings
• Create, maintain, and use a variety of cell lines

📋 Requirements

• PhD with 0-2 years relevant industry experience
• Expertise in mammalian cell culture including transfection and stable expression
• Experience with automated liquid handlers (Bravo, epMotion, Tecan)
• Experience with high-throughput cell culture assays

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with fluorescence and luminescence detection platforms
• Familiarity with CRISPR-based screening or genome editing
• Experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR, western blots, FACS)
