💼 About This Role

You'll join Robinhood's elite Treasury Operations team, owning daily bank and clearing account reconciliations and regulatory cash controls for our brokerage entities. You'll ensure every dollar is accounted for and exceptions are resolved, directly supporting the largest wealth transfer in history. This is a chance to apply frontier technologies to core financial infrastructure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own reconciliation frameworks across bank, clearing, and sweep accounts
• Lead daily brokerage cash settlements and ensure funding accuracy
• Manage risk through controls over customer and firm cash
• Develop scalable processes to improve treasury operations efficiency

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics
• Active FINRA Series 7 and 99 Licenses
• 3+ years of experience in brokerage or treasury operations
• Experience leading projects to automate reconciliation or settlement processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience at a broker-dealer or clearing firm
• Strong Robinhood product knowledge
• Data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, AI)
