You'll architect the Western Region sales strategy, leading a team of 7-10 Enterprise Account Executives. Your core impact will be driving multi-million dollar annual targets through mentorship and strategic execution. This role stands out for its direct reporting to VP of Sales and influence across Product and Marketing.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop regional strategy and execution plans for each rep.
- Coach and mentor a team of 7-10 Enterprise Account Executives.
- Collaborate with Director of Business Development to ignite pipeline growth.
- Feed customer insights to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of quota-smashing in enterprise software/SaaS
- 3+ years of experience leading sales teams
- Proven record of closing large complex deals with C-level customers
- Metrics-driven approach balancing enterprise deals with transactional business
