Description

You'll act as a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, driving prioritization, orchestrating key moments across the business, and ensuring high-impact initiatives are executed with speed and precision. This role is central to the operations of a fast-growing enterprise SaaS sales organization.

Requirements

  • High judgment, capacity, and trustworthiness
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Experience managing dynamic travel and schedules
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Salesforce, and travel tools

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CRO's calendar, priorities, travel, and workflow, optimizing for leverage and tradeoffs
  • Ensure meetings are prepared, decision-oriented, and followed by clear action items
  • Lead planning and execution of key events (QBRs, leadership trainings, SKO, President's Club)
  • Coordinate cross-functionally across sales, marketing, finance, recruiting, and operations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
