You'll support licensed colorists and the shift lead to deliver a seamless guest experience at a Madison Reed Hair Color Bar. You'll learn color services and work toward promotion to Licensed Colorist while helping guests find the best color. This role offers training and a path to promotion in a vibrant beauty environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform shampooing, conditioning, blowouts, and hot tool styling.
• Assist with finishing services, treatments, and toner applications.
• Drive revenue through additional services and retail sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization per company standards.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Entry-level customer service or retail sales experience.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
