You'll lead cafe operations during your shift, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional hospitality. Your core impact is to create a welcoming environment and drive team performance. You'll report to the General Manager and help train new team members.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Craft coffee products and serve customers with energy and warmth
• Support GM and Training Team in training new employees
• Open and close location safely and complete cleaning duties
• Handle minor customer issues with a positive, solution-focused approach

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer service leadership role
• 18+ years of age
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods
• Availability for 30-40 hours per week including weekends
