You'll join Carvana as an experienced auto painter, using state-of-the-art tools in a high-tech inspection center to paint and correct vehicles. Your skills will directly impact the quality of low-mileage, late-model cars delivered to customers. This role offers a $6,000 bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Paint vehicles using base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats.
• Blend adjacent panels for seamless color matching.
• Paint correct vehicles to restore finish quality.

📋 Requirements

• 5 years of professional automotive painting experience.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime as needed.
