• Manage end-to-end global payroll operations across 15+ countries
• Oversee payroll forecasting, reporting, and GL reconciliation
• Ensure tax compliance and manage vendor relationships with SLAs
• Lead payroll innovation and process improvement projects

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of payroll experience with global exposure
• Experience with US and EMEA payroll processes
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced spreadsheet skills
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
