You'll serve as a trusted technical voice guiding customers toward clarity and feasibility on end-to-end solutions. You'll partner with Account Management and Customer Success teams to drive renewals and product adoption. This role offers a hybrid working model based in Sydney, Australia.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with Account Managers to identify and drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Build technical partnerships via product demonstrations and trials.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Influence product strategy by being the voice of the customer.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a Solutions Engineer or equivalent.
  • Outstanding communication abilities for presenting to individual contributors and decision-makers.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects independently.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
  • Prior B2B SaaS experience.
  • Openness to using AI to amplify skills.
