You'll serve as a trusted technical voice guiding customers toward clarity and feasibility on end-to-end solutions. You'll partner with Account Management and Customer Success teams to drive renewals and product adoption. This role offers a hybrid working model based in Sydney, Australia.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Managers to identify and drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Build technical partnerships via product demonstrations and trials.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Influence product strategy by being the voice of the customer.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a Solutions Engineer or equivalent.
- Outstanding communication abilities for presenting to individual contributors and decision-makers.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects independently.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure.
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
- Prior B2B SaaS experience.
- Openness to using AI to amplify skills.
