Description

You will lead the design and delivery of complex, ambiguous technical problems, providing system-wide architecture guidance and mentoring engineers on your squad. You'll work collaboratively with product, design, and analytics teams, leveraging AI coding assistants to accelerate development while ensuring security and performance. Your focus will be on building high-quality, scalable, reliable solutions that impact the real estate industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in software development
• 3+ years contributing to architecture and design
• Experience with Python (FastAPI, Pydantic, Numpy, Pandas) and React
• Strong software engineering best practices (testing, code reviews, documentation)

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery for ambiguous/complex problem space in the squad
• Provide guidance on system architecture and design
