You'll lead federal government affairs for an AI-powered healthcare platform. You'll shape AI adoption policy and build Congressional and agency relationships to drive growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary federal affairs lead in Washington, DC
• Develop policy positions and advocacy strategies
• Manage external lobbyists and ensure compliance
• Build relationships with Congressional offices and agencies

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in federal government affairs
• Strong knowledge of federal policymaking processes
• Experience representing an organization at external policy events
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into policy narratives

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Federal agencies or healthcare committees
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks
• In-house public policy experience at a growth-stage company
