You'll shape the internal developer platform at Pantheon, building tools that make engineers across the company more effective. Your work will directly impact developer productivity and satisfaction through self-service tooling and AI-assisted workflows. You'll drive measurable improvements in how 300,000+ websites are built and operated.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive technical roadmap for internal developer platform
• Architect core developer experience systems and tooling
• Own developer productivity metrics strategy (DORA, SPACE)
• Lead adoption of AI-powered developer tooling across engineering

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years designing and operating large-scale distributed systems
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in Go, Python, TypeScript or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with internal developer platforms (IDP)
• Hands-on experience with AI developer tooling (Copilot, Cursor)
• Familiarity with SRE and production engineering fundamentals
