💼 About This Role

You'll play a central role in generating high-quality B2B leads for FINN, an independent car subscription platform. Your core impact is driving growth through cold calling and prospecting to acquire new business clients. You'll also have the opportunity to lead and develop sales interns, taking on early leadership responsibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Generate high-quality leads through cold calling and outreach.
  • Research and prospect relevant industries and companies.
  • Develop deep product knowledge to handle client inquiries professionally.
  • Collect customer requirements and share insights with management.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent commercial training.
  • First experience in sales and cold calling.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in German (C2) and English (B1).

  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
  • First experience in leadership or mentoring.
