💼 About This Role

You'll join a core legal team supporting Unison's mission to open new European markets. You'll manage deal pipelines, oversee local counsel, and advise on commercial matters. This role offers high visibility with direct interaction with senior management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage pipeline of deals across European markets
• Lead new market openings including entity setup and compliance
• Oversee local counsel on document negotiation and due diligence
• Underwrite transactions and prepare recommendations to executives

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a commercial real estate lawyer
• Qualified to practice law in an EU member state
• Written and spoken fluency in English and at least one other European language
• Fluency with technology including Office 365, Teams, Sharepoint, and Salesforce

• Experience with ground lease aggregation, wireless telecom, or renewable energy projects
• Residence and work authorization in Germany
