As a Stylist at Mejuri, you'll deliver personalized shopping experiences that help customers find jewelry that expresses their individual style. You'll guide customers through product discovery, achieve sales goals, and ensure operational excellence in a retail environment.

Requirements

• Ability to connect authentically with customers
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to learn product knowledge and provide styling suggestions
• Ability to meet KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences following Mejuri's Steps of Selling
• Achieve KPIs including OPH, SPH, and NPS targets
• Support back-of-house order fulfillment and BOH organization
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and fixture integrity
• Engage with team and adhere to company policies
