You'll lead government affairs strategy across Southeastern Europe, owning outcomes from regulatory intelligence to stakeholder engagement. You'll operate in complex, politically sensitive environments, delivering tangible results for a global technology group. This role uniquely combines primary market ownership in Croatia with regional coordination across SEE.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead government affairs activities in Croatia as the core market.
• Build and manage relationships with government stakeholders and regulators.
• Coordinate government affairs activities across SEE markets.
• Prepare high-quality briefings and materials for senior leadership.

📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in government affairs, public affairs, or regulatory environment.
• Strong experience and established network in Croatia.
• Experience across SEE markets (strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to own and deliver outcomes end-to-end.
