🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate functional plans into operational delivery processes for cross-functional pods.
• Champion spec-first development and use metrics to unblock teams.
• Apply AI-assisted code review focusing on security, data access, and architecture.
• Drive cross-squad alignment across engineering, product, and external stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience with 2+ managing professional engineers.
• Proficient in React, GraphQL, Node.js, and Postgres.
• Practiced with spec-driven, AI-native development using Claude or equivalent.
• Familiar with LangGraph agentic architecture, async queues (RabbitMQ), SSE streaming.

✨ Nice to Have

• Built products with AI-generated media pipelines (TTS, AI video).
• Background in authoring tool platforms or e-learning content publishing (SCORM, xAPI).
