💼 About This Role

You'll promote and generate sales of building material supplies from our distribution center while providing superior customer service. Exterior Building Materials Knowledge is strongly preferred, and inside sales experience and the ability to multi-task are desired. This customer service focused position involves a lot of data entry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer customer inquiries via phone and walk-in for pricing and product needs
• Communicate with outside sales representatives on customer orders and issues
• Generate, place and confirm purchase orders with suppliers
• Enter sales data into computer and research information for customers

📋 Requirements

• Associates Degree with 1-2 years related experience or High School Diploma with 3-5 years experience
• Proficient PC skills including keyboarding, 10 Key, email, spreadsheet, etc.
• Minimum 2-3 years in a customer facing role

• Construction industry knowledge
• Spanish speaking
