💼 About This Role

You'll set up and operate horizontal and vertical grind equipment to machine turbine engine components to precise specifications. Your work ensures components conform to OEM requirements for aerospace and marine applications. You'll collaborate with a team of experienced machinists in a climate-controlled, state-of-the-art facility supporting global industry leaders.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and operate horizontal/vertical grind equipment
• Select, install, and dress grinding wheels
• Load/unload parts and inspect using precision measuring devices
• Record findings on work instructions and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years operating vertical/horizontal grind, hone, or lathe equipment
• Experience with CNC programming for feed/speeds
• Firm understanding of GD&T and critical dimensioning
• Ability to edit CNC controls for speeds, feeds, and offsets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with rework and troubleshooting grinding processes
• Familiarity with shop math and trigonometry
• Technical drawing reading ability
