Description

You will travel to customer sites in the Greater Chicago area to perform post-delivery inspections on new buses, diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical defects, and resolve product issues. You act as the liaison between customers and the factory, ensuring buses are placed into service smoothly and documenting failures for corrective action.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial bus industry
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsements

Responsibilities

• Perform post-delivery inspections and repairs on new buses

• Troubleshoot supplier issues and facilitate resolution
• Document failure analysis with field reports and photos
