You'll provide technical guidance to Customer Success Managers, helping unlock solution value for customers. You'll resolve escalated issues and foster knowledge transfer to build CSM self-sufficiency. This role offers impact across multiple customers without long-term assignments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide expert technical guidance to CSMs on product features
• Assist in resolving escalated support cases and bugs
• Engage in customer-facing discussions when escalated
• Promote knowledge transfer to CSMs via coaching

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years related experience
• BA degree in STEM or equivalent
• Cybersecurity experience in identity space preferred
