You'll create and review high-quality, real-world financial scenarios in Arabic to benchmark AI systems in Shariah-compliant finance. Your expertise will directly shape how AI understands GCC-specific Islamic finance practices. This is a flexible, remote contract role with a leading AI language company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create realistic, domain-specific tasks in Arabic reflecting GCC Islamic finance practices
• Adapt and apply clear scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses
• Review and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality

📋 Requirements

• Native Arabic (MSA) with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of experience in Islamic Finance or Financial Services
• Strong knowledge of Shariah-compliant financial products and frameworks (Murabaha, Ijara, Sukuk, etc.)
• Familiarity with GCC regulatory environments (e.g., central banks, capital market authorities)
