💼 About This Role

You'll provide measurement-based, culturally humble episodic care to patients in acute crisis across various settings, all from your home. You'll collaborate with onsite professionals to determine timely dispositions using evidence-based practices. This role offers 100% virtual care with support for additional state licensure.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve multiple emergency rooms and crisis programs simultaneously
• Receive shift support from a 24/7 access center for triage
• Direct or implement psychotherapeutic treatments and prescribe medication
• Use collaborative care approach within healthcare treatment team

📋 Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist
• Unrestricted, independent licensure
• Established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles
• Experience providing psychiatric care to all age groups

• Experience treating patients in acute crisis
• Experience with multiple EMRs simultaneously
• Advanced technical proficiency with hardware and software
