You'll lead tower crews in installing, maintaining, and repairing wireless communication infrastructure as a senior-level field technician. Your core impact is ensuring safe, timely, and quality-compliant site operations while mentoring team members and upholding safety and regulatory standards. This role offers hands-on leadership in a mission-driven telecommunications environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead daily crew operations and enforce safety/quality standards
• Climb towers up to 500 ft to install/align antennas and cables
• Perform sweep/PIM testing and fiber/connector inspections
• Complete documentation including daily reports and site photos

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of wireless tower construction or field services experience
• Competent Climber/Rescue Certification from an accredited institution
• OSHA 30 Construction Training Card (must obtain)
• Ability to climb 500 ft and perform work at heights while wearing PPE

• Experience overseeing crews and field operations
• NWSA or other relevant certifications
