💼 About This Role

You'll deliver compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services for children with autism. Your work will directly shape individualized treatment plans and empower families through family support and collaboration. This role offers performance-based raises and ongoing CEU opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct assessments for children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions

📋 Requirements

• BCBA or BCaBA certification in Utah
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
• Experience with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Active CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Spanish bilingual ability is a plus
• Experience with telehealth service delivery
