You'll drive monetisation and revenue growth by engaging partners on Fresha's AI-powered platform for beauty and wellness. You'll build relationships, convert partners to payment solutions, and optimise marketplace listings. This role requires Arabic fluency and involves work from the office five days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Meet KPIs on monetisation and revenue growth through proactive partner engagement.
• Proactively introduce and convert partners to Fresha's payments solution.
• Optimise listing content and availability to maximise marketplace conversions.
• Advise partners on product selection and build strong relationships via video meetings.

📋 Requirements

• Partner-facing experience delivering commercial outcomes.
• Commercially motivated with ability to adapt and achieve targets.
• Proven experience using data and reporting to improve commercial outcomes.
• Previous experience in an outbound call or related sales position.
