As a Customer Support Analyst at Mews, you will serve as an ambassador to customers, helping them navigate challenges with our hospitality cloud through messaging, email, and phone. You'll build rapport, maintain documentation, and improve our knowledge base while gaining invaluable experience in a fast-growing tech company.
Requirements
- Experience in hotels or customer service in SaaS
- Property Management Systems experience is a bonus
- Native or fluent English plus Spanish, French, or Gujarati a plus
- Located in Dallas, TX
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (early, day, late)
Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth understanding of Mews' solutions and ensure customer value
- Provide exceptional support via messaging, email, and phone
- Consult with customers on improving usage and efficiency
- Build and maintain rapport with customer contacts
- Maintain thorough customer documentation and improve internal knowledge base
