💼 About This Role

You'll oversee a portfolio of global clients for a fintech leader in emerging markets, driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell. You'll lead a high-performing team and build lasting partnerships that scale payment solutions across 40 countries.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts across global markets.
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead and mentor a team, setting clear goals and supporting growth.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products.

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B sales or account management in tech/fintech.
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English.
