You will lead community operations, manage financial performance, drive leasing success, and foster resident satisfaction at award-winning apartment communities. As a coach and ambassador for the Live It! culture, you'll guide your team to achieve performance goals and create a thriving environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years property management experience including Leasing and Assistant roles
• 6 months community manager experience in multi-family (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• CAM, CAPS, or Real Estate license preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, rent collection, and financial reporting
• Oversee move-outs, deposit accounting, and delinquency tracking
• Conduct property inspections and drive leasing/pricing strategies
• Address escalated resident concerns and plan engagement events
• Lead leasing efforts: conduct tours, respond to leads, guide prospects
