💼 About This Role

You'll lead 3rd shift maintenance operations for Nature's Bakery snack facility. You'll ensure safe and timely repairs, train team members, and use CMMS for work planning. This role offers shift differential and the opportunity to work for a Mars family company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment as needed.
• Plan and prioritize work with maintenance manager.
• Inspect work performed by team members.
• Train team members on proper troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Utilize CMMS to order parts and complete work orders.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting
• Ability to work 3rd shift 8pm-4:30am
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines and lockout/tagout
