🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of 5 software engineers specializing in high-volume data streaming/storage.
• Support architectural decisions and review technical approaches for scalability.
• Identify blockers, handle conflicts, and propose action plans.
• Drive successful and timely delivery of large-scale backend/data projects.

📋 Requirements

• Solid experience as a backend or data engineer in a high-scale environment.
• At least 2 years of engineering management experience.
• Pragmatic approach to mentoring, 1:1s, and goal setting.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AWS/Azure.
• Familiarity with Kafka, Scala, Go, ClickHouse, or Singlestore.
