You'll lead day-to-day operations in a fulfillment center area, driving safety, quality, and productivity. You'll coach a team of associates and champion continuous improvement to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team to meet safety, quality, and productivity KPIs
• Coach and manage employees, set workload objectives
• Troubleshoot errors and investigate nonconformance
• Facilitate continuous improvement projects

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 4-6 years of previous leadership and supervisory experience
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
• Fulfillment center and shift management experience
