You'll lead full-funnel paid media strategies for large B2B clients at a global digital agency. Your impact includes driving pipeline generation and revenue outcomes through integrated paid search, social, programmatic, and ABM campaigns. This role stands out for its focus on B2B performance strategy and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced agency environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead strategy and client communications for 2-3 enterprise B2B accounts with $1M+ monthly spend
- Architect integrated media plans across paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic, YouTube, and ABM
- Guide media forecasting, annual planning, and performance reporting with funnel-stage attribution
- Collaborate with data teams to optimize toward MQLs, SAOs, and revenue using Salesforce and HubSpot
๐ Requirements
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience with B2B performance strategy
- Proven success leading paid media for enterprise or mid-market B2B clients
- Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and account-based strategies across digital channels
- Experience translating CRM data and sales metrics into actionable media insights

- Skills in multi-touch attribution, MMM, and incrementality testing
- Experience presenting to CMOs and VPs of Marketing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
