🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and drive strategic direction for your pod
• Develop integrated marketing strategies across ASO, Paid UA, and CRM
• Navigate difficult client conversations and manage crises
• Mentor senior consultants and build team accountability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in mobile growth marketing
• Deep expertise in at least one core discipline: ASO, Paid UA, or CRM/Retention
• Proven ability to lead and mentor senior-level team members
• Strong client management experience across multiple markets
