Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in-house
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate with urgency and adapt quickly
• Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment: source, interview, and evaluate applicants
