Description

Lead the manufacturing engineering team for advanced drones, responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes from prototype to full-scale production. You will drive continuous improvement, manage budgets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, high-quality production.

Requirements

• Degree in technical field (engineering, math, hard science)
• 8+ years in manufacturing or prototyping
• Experience developing products from scratch and scaling to production
• Proven team leadership and project execution
• Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering team across product variants from prototyping to full production
• Develop strategic plans for production capabilities and new technologies
• Interface with external customers on building and scaling missile platforms
• Own documentation for manufacturing hardware at scale
• Collaborate with product development teams for manufacturability and smooth transition to production
